Cocktail Class Racer

2014. 7-Foot Hydro Plane.

I made this Cocktail Class Racer in our basement out of 4mm ma- rine plywood, with stitch-and-glue construction.

With a 6 HP Johnson 2-stroke engine, it goes 20 miles an hour. It’s called Phlippet, because the man who sold us the motor predicted that I would ...flip it.
