Shaker End Table

2017. Softwood.

My first serious project without supervision. I challenged myself to do the first assignment in the Master Cabinetmakers class at the North Bennett Street School, a Shaker table.

I milled all the wood from 2 x 4s, the only wood I could find in our basement that was bastard sawn with a straight grain.

I built the table from plans I found online on my phone.
